  6. Really loved the muffin top workout! I am very interested in the ab
    workouts that relieve stress from the lower back and help get rid of that C
    curve and little pooch you talked about with the stretching of the quads
    and hamstrings. Is that all you did to correct the C curve and pooch? Are
    their more ab exercises to target those areas?
