  2. I’m going to try some of these, because I have a REALLY bad back and
    whenever I do sit-ups it kills me, so i’ve been wanting to try different ab
    exercises. Some of these will probably still hurt though, haha.

  3. What works well for me when doing crunches, is:
    to avoid straining your neck, try looking up at the ceiling… So you can
    work out your abs and not your neck, haha (:

  5. Lara Richards It doesnt matter whether your 16 stone or 8 stone im not
    saying your any of these im just trying to make a point that no matter what
    size you are unless you have an underlying health condition that doesnt
    allow you to do exercise then these exercises help anyone.

    I’m going these workouts but I only feel it in my lower back not my abs.
    Any idea why?

  8. This is great! I started running last week and wanted something to do on
    the days where I don’t run, because that’s not going to really shape my abs
    the way I want.
    I just don’t feel like that one stretch at the end would be sufficient for
    me to not be super sore the next day.
    Anyone have any other kinds of stretches for the stomach area?
