    When I started to do this workout every second day I were not able to do it
    even two times. Now I reached my personal next level: I can do it two times
    in a row but to be honest… this is enough to give me hurting abs the next
    day 😀 I even can see results and I’m happy:D

  8. Dear Tiffany I’m feeling discouraged because I’ve been doing this for a
    while and another 2 videos. I have lost weight, but not enough to where I
    can see it. My main goal is to have a flatter stomach. I do an workouts and
    they burn and then the next day I don’t feel it. I’m eating well but
    there’s no change. Its really frustrating I’ve lost weight everywhere
    except for my stomach. Please reply, I really need your help.
