    Every other day so two or three times should be fine and I would work on all of them each time you do abs. Think of it as one muscle group; like your chest, you don’t just work upper chest one time and lower the next time you do a complete varied work out. Keep in mind the more muscles you have active the more calories you will be burning aka revealing more of our abs through fat loss.

  4. Wow, what a super hard workout , and I consider myself reasonably fit 🙂 Took me 24mins to complete and hit almost 170 heart rate max , and had to do the last ball passes without the actual ball 🙂

  17. if you step back while staying stationary, it will work hams and glute a bit more. its because your bum moves first. whereas walking lunge your knee extends first

  18. Does this change (alternate) the muscles you are working when stepping back, rather than stepping forward? I’ve usually done alternating stepping lunges.
