When I first tried this I could not touch my toes at all, now three days
later it seems really easy. I cannot do half the reps of what the
presenter does in his speed though.
more of these videos please did this routine and im loving it, you for sure
feel the burn n not straining. you should have levels to this

Hi Mike! I challenged myself on this one: now I’m doing 40 reps on each
exercise instead of 20, plus 2 kinds of other lower abs exercises (the ones
with raising the legs, etc) 40 reps each one, and 1 minute plank, EACH
ROUND! I’m so proud myself that I can do this. A total of 640 reps. Thanks
for all of your motivational videos! (sorry for some mistakes on my
english… XD )
Hi. I am a total newbie. I started exercising and dieting three weeks ago.
When starting, I weighed 350lbs, at 6’1 (age 42). Now, I am @ 339lbs. So
far, I am walking around a lot, and I have cut down my calorie intake by a
1/3rd. As a result, I am making progress. My problem is that I want to add
some abs workout, and I don’t know how many and for how long, considering
that I have a belly (my goal is to comfortably fit in a XXXL, then an XXL
and so on). Ergo, where to begin for an abs routine?
