    What is your recommend daily intake of fats Brandon? Since I watched your
    last video I have bought coconut oil, it’s hard/solid at room temp (which
    its usual, I know), can I put it in the blender (raw/solid) mixed with my
    oatmeal, or should it be melted before puttin’it into the blender? Thank

    I don’t know about you guys, but to other people might see Carter as a
    douche with his intro, and I guess he could come off that way. But to me,
    even though he might come off as a douche, he’s very likable, he’s got
    awesome swag in the way he talks to. I like that. And plus he uploads
    helpful videos for us.

    The company of theoil that you drink (bertolli) is italian, here in italy
    the kitchen is based on olive oil (mediterraneo diet) and is for this
    reason that is so healthy….in italy is very hard to see fat people as in
    america…..btw oil is orrible to drink, is made for cook

  9. This is why I subscribed. Short, quality videos. Like this was an awesome
    tip. I looked at different protein powders for hard-gainers. They have
    thousands of calories and stuff. This seems easier though.
