    the word detox is used to freely. Only 1% of sweat are toxins. The liver
    and kidneys are capable of doing it on their own.

  6. I did this workout as a nice quick pick- me- up and I felt nice and relaxed
    afterward. the real kicker was the next day, though. My butt was so sore!
    Loved this workout and look forward to trying more :)

    Been doing this flow for 3 days in a row now and already feel stronger and
    more toned. Is that normal? 🙂
    I injured my knee a month and a half ago (I feel on the stairs) and I
    wasn’t able to do any workouts for this long. Yoga feels right for me right
    now, even though I was all over hiit. I hope I can get my toned muscles
    back soon :)

  10. Thank You! I found this effective and doable! I usually veer away from yoga
    with lots of downward facing dogs but you “flowed” and didn’t hold each
    pose forever! I feel great right now and I want to come back to this again.
