  1. The fact you’re using the same weight for the shoulder press ashley as the swing shoes you’re using the wrong weight for the swing!!! You’re also bending your knees waaaay to much on the swing, the bend should be in your hips as its a glute focused exercise.

    the pass around the body isnt a rest its working the core and abs. it is in fact a kettle bell exercise!
