  2. Jimmy, I swear that even though my muscle glycogen stores are not full,
    when I eat more than 100 grams of GOOD Carbs, they turn to fat on my chest
    and stomach. Is this because of Insulin Resistance? I’ve completely given
    up on white pasta, white rice, bread, potatoes etc. because they act even
    worse on me…all of them go right to my manboobs and belly fat. I workout
    doing Stronglifts 5×5 Mon/Wed/Fri. I’m also Skinny-Fat.
