    You should add jump rope to this list of exercises, it is one of the best
    workouts for losing belly fat and toning up

  2. Hey der..I have no word’s to say thank you..u guy’s really awesome. .I was
    really very disappointed with my weight after delivery..I was fed up to
    thinking about how to loose weight. .coz my little girl is 7 months only.
    .nd she’s on brest feeding. So I haven’t any option to start gym..but thanx
    a ton 4 days ago I found ur abs workout. .nd its so simple to do..I have
    started form last week. .its amazing..but can u guy’s plz tell me that how
    many times..nd how much workout I have to do for loosing belly fat..plz
    reply. .actually bcoz of UK; $ weather its difficult or me to go out for

  7. Another great video, I haven’t come across one yet that doesn’t catch my
    attention. I can’t do them all but my goal is to one day be able to. I need
    to lose 7″ from my waistline and with your AWESOME videos I know I will
    accomplish this shortly. Thanks so much for your hard work.

    question… How often do I have to do this workout in order to get results?
    and do recommend to combine with another cardio work out? is it ok with 30
