    You could do it everyday if you feel like you want to. However, you must be aware that the human body will adapt to nearly any stimulus you apply to it. So after about 12-15 times of doing this workout it will become less effective because your body has adapted to the specific stimulus that it provides. You should do other workouts from my channel as well to “mix it up” a bit.

    Hi there, have you heard about “Musclegend” (look on Google)? On their website you will find a great free video featuring how you can gain noteworthy lean muscle fast. It made it easier for Devan to break through his muscle building stagnation and therefore build up toned muscle mass free of fat very fast. Hopefully it works for you too…

  14. Took a day off of going to the local athletic club to stay home and do this, quick, easy to follow, and was pretty challenging. Ill be sure to favorite/ like both parts of this, thanks a lot man!!

    Most of it is safe for someone in their first trimester but some of the exercises could be regarded as questionable especially if you haven’t been doing these kind of exercises up to the point of being pregnant. To be on the safe side I would recommend that you do my home pregnancy workout that is listed on my channel. But it’s up to you how hard you push yourself during pregnancy.
