If I want to do this I may need heavier weight which I could only use at
the gym because I want more muscle and shred fat along. just what do you
need for this program
@sclaysdharma simply progressing with weights, reps or sets will of course
give you muscle growth..but the whole point of this video is to help people
MAXIMISE growth..if working to failure will give you results 10-20% quicker
than there is absolutely no reason not to do it

Jeff, I have a question for you, you cover eccentric and concentric
strength in terms of muscle building, but is there any room for isometric
strength? Is there a way to incorporate that for at least one set for
maximizing muscle growth?

you train like bodybuilders 🙂 right? Because they always overtrain
