Do not be misled by other clubs using our name in their titles!!! Spin mode I love for an amazing strength workout… I dont feel enough credit is given to the effort needed for static spinning sometimes. Anyway here is my wee compliment but before I am criticised for the more advanced ones looking a bit shabby, they were new to me the night I shot the reels so I’ll just have to keep practising them now xx
