To all those who say their hips clunk during leg cycles, this is probably
because you have hyperflexibility which means your joints are more lax than
others and so your bones move slightly more causing a clunking. Pilates
will probably help with this in time because working on your muscles will
stabilise those clunky joints!

hi guys, at the end of your vids that doesn’t include a cool down stretch
exercise, can you recommend one from your list, so example for this one I
expect a cool down stretch for the lower body might be appropriate? Have a
