Vince is getting small and slowing the negative is a big myth :/
Hi Vince,
Tell me, instead of working the antagonistic muscles for the slow count,
why not do the same for the agonistic muscles when doing the same exercise?
Also, what difference does it make to the muscles if you do the movements
in 3 or 4 submovements vs the super slow technique in one antagonistic and
follow through with the agonistic movement? In either case you can work up
to the fatigue or failure state and that’s basically what counts in
building the muscles.
Second point; The proponents of the super-slow technique say it’s not
necessary to do cardio. I’ve never raised my heart rate to the same steady
level as when using cardio machines..I therefore do about 4 days of
strength training and 2 days of interval running/walking on a treadmill.
What’s you view on this routine?
Third point; I watched your video of building shoulders, it looks like some
of your clients hold their breath while exercising. This valsalva manuver
is not wise and can cause physical problems.

Hey Vince, i went from 200lb with 20% body fat down to 180lb with 13% body
thanks to you. I am still struggling to lose the bit of belly fat at the

Shoulder presses doesn’t build wider shoulders…..just my opinion in my
experience
