This made it easier for James to break through his bodybuilding stagnation and thus pack on chiseled lean muscle mass with no fat very fast. Hopefully it works for you as well.

Just never stop cos once u do its very hard to get back into form..i took a 2 year break and it was so hard to get back into my old form..just one small tip you gotta eat some more food man..ur lean but try increasing your protein food intake to atleast 5 meals a like majic..Proud of u

  4. and just one small thing..all your exercises are awesome but avoid asking bulky people to do side bends cos it just increases the waist line..i you have a body fat % of less than 10% only then should anyone be doing a side bend with weights..

    Hey Umair..thx ….well yes even if your goal is to get lean you still gotta lift relatively heavy as that will help you build muscle tissue which will further enhance your metabolic rate, but more importantly you need to focus on your nutrition cause that is biggest game changer if your goal is to lose body fat……check out nutrition playlist on my channel …regards Raghav 🙂

I shouldn’t post from the workplace, it gives me a dour edge.After my finger heals more I’ll try some real exercises instead of the knee-jerk rush jobs I posted. Although there’s no tag category for “lessons”, or “exercises” to find them all easily. Was there ever a set number of them that need to be done?

    Yes i agree to that,one needs to get of rid the body fat first. Side bends with heavy dumbbell will build muscle under the layer of fat and because of which the waist looks even more bigger and blocky….i would suggest to lower the body fat with diet first and then incorporate heavy ab and oblique exercises …..Raghav

    2. Each drawing has a lot of exosrseipn, as well being an exercise. I guess, even though they’re exercises, you have to do them with feeling.Just subjectively, the one that appeals to me the most, is the one with the mice on the windowsill, because of how simply its executed, and how it puts the figures into the space. You sense, very clearly, the space around the mice.

    Hey bro honestly i haven’t heard about the program but if your goal is to reduce body fat then here is what i recommend -1) Avoid all processed food like biscuits,white,flour ,sugar,noodles etc cause all of these lead to accumulation of body fat around belly,chest and hips &other body parts 2) Incorporate weight training exercises,as not only they will help to shape up your body but will also help build lean muscle tissue which enhances your metabolic rate 3) Most important – “STAY CONSISTENT”

  15. All weight loss is is having a deficit of calories at the end of the day so some of that fat is used as fuel. Slim and 6 is a fine program for men trying to lose weight, don’t worry about gender. Eat less, work out more, that’s all there is to it 🙂
