    Calories. You gotta count your baseline and eat under it pretty much everyday in order to lose weight. Now, the weight you lose depends on the quality of food you eat, so eat more protein than carbs for sure. Cut the fat slightly and eat non-saturated fat over saturated. Good fat helps you burn body fat. Avoid trans fat, like none if you can. Overall, I’d recommend a diet of 45% protein, 35% carbs, and 20 fat. You should watch Vic’s other video about dieting if you don’t understand the % split.

  4. That’s not really how it works friend. We do the work without a concept of time. But a reduction of body fat has less to do with training than it does with adjusting your diet. Peace, Vic

    Hi Vic, You are a great fitness expert no doubt.I have seen several videos but found ur techniques are best,Even i can feel it see while doing exercise.

    I have fat on my lower abs almost 2 inches,Could help how to reduce this belly fat.And plz do let me know,How much time will take to reduce the belly fat if it is possible.
