  16. I’m a little wary of heavy weights. I just do pull ups, chin ups, rubber band training and mild calisthenics, but I think your videos are quite valuable. But at 59 years of age, I need a lighter workout. If you are careful what you eat, you also don’t have as many calories to burn. My maximum work out is only about 15 minutes a day, unless you count all the walking I do, then it would be about an hour a day. I don’t run. Running makes me too hungry. I very much liked you pull up video.

  24. Excellent question. In my opinion, I highly recommend against the liver/gall bladder cleanses like this. In reality what happens after drinking all of that oil, the gallbladder is so taxed it can’t digest hardly any of it so little globules of fat form.   29. Do your best to get friends involved. Going out and playing frisbee, badminton., walking and talking with friends, dancing, anything that you genuinely enjoy doing.

    Having some music or audio books/audio programs on an MP3 player while you walk can really up the enjoyment factor too.
