    Glad to see a man doing a video. When I want to learn some beginners yoga, I’m not looking to see some scantly clad woman selling her body. It’s sad to see people turning a beautiful art into a sexual thing.

I have to tell you that since being pregnant I’ve really looked into these yoga videos to try to find something I enjoy and that serves my needs, Until now it’s been nice workouts with insanely hippy instructors that i can’t stand. I have to say thank you, thank you soooo much for making a video that I had fun doing and that had me smiling throughout.

    Heals on the floor in down dog takes some practice. With each exhale sink them down a little more. Keep practicing 🙂
