    1. Me and Robin Simpson have spoke. A good all round sportsman and nice guy. One recrod at a time. Thou I plan on having all the main pack recrods. 1 mile (under 5 minutes) 5k 10k half marathon and marathon all with a 40 lb pack. Most of Mike Buss’s recrods are bespoke and unofficial, the man has bags off good old fashioned balls and determination for his great list of achievements.

    I would like to ask about a good fitness routine for students who have busy schedules. I am a medical student and i study from morning to evening or maybe to the hospital in the daytime and more studying at night. So i spend a lot of time sitting down and less physical activity. It gets worse during exam season where in stress i tend to eat junk food and that is where i gain weight. Could you recommend a suitable fitness schedule for students like me?
