I will start doing my legs, by the only reason why I don’t do my legs is
because it would take up a chest day or something.
hey scott! ok so i have been working out for about seven months now. And im
not seeing that much of a difference. I do legs every week like you
mentioned. i do eat clean 90% of the time. i work really hard. so far i can
leg press 250 and squat 135. I have been increasing the weights. but my
body is just not changing as much as i want it to. any suggestions?

I have heard that the old-school bodybuilders never trained legs first,
beause all the blood rushes into your legs and when you then tart training
your upperbody, the blood has to move also. Am I right or wrong?
That would namely depend how how long and fast the sprint is. When working
out, it is more about the reps than the weight, so depending on things
like, elevation, speed, distance, it could give you a decent leg exercise
as well as working on your cardio.

Got my first one today by mostly following this progression! Another tip
that is very important is to change up how you do pullups. Instead of
stopping once your chin is over the bar, you must keep going until your
chest touches the bar. Pull up as high as you can explosively and control
it on the way down.

but… you’re doing only 5 in a row with such difficulty ? now maybe you
was tired.
but I have a friend that does much more even when hes tired after 15
muscle-ups.
and he’s pretty skinny guy.
I did my first real muscle-up around 2-3 weeks ago, and already I’m able to
do 7 in a row, and about 20 reps without much momentum (except on the first
one).
