  1. Damn! I hope so – want to steal all your moves – ha ha!!!!!!! If I was rich and famous I’d fly you over in my private jet. Well if you do get here please let me know…… ta muchly. Got swiss ball squats down to a T (well bit shaky at times) and working on single leg squats on the medicine ball, then I can join the circus….only kidding. Thanks again

At the moment, I can’t say that I do. If the demand increases enough to cover my expenses to make it out to Europe and my other overhead costs, I’d be more than happy to swing out there. Hopefully in the future that will be something people will demand as I have always wanted to visit that part of the world 🙂

Have a ton of them, I’d recommend checking out my site or searching through the videos I have put up in the last year. I also have full features that show you the systematic approach I do to address functional flexibility along with many other common issues I routinely encounter on people. Thank you for watching

To be completely honest, I don’t think a sandbag would be all that great for developing punching techniques, due to the fact that sandbag exercises involve vertical load, opposed to horizontal load. I would recommend using a pulley system or a resistance band for better improvement of punching mechanics
