well.. theres a lot of spam in this comment section… Hey do you know how to measure your body fat without any items? because i dont know where to buy those and still want a good idea of how much body fat i have 🙂
yeah, TONS of spam 🙁 anyway, the easiest way to measure your bodyfat is via bio-electrical impedance. You can use either a scale or a hand held device. There is alot of variance with this method. Readings will vary significantly depending on your hydration level. You can get them on Amazon for about 30 bucks. I used the Omron Fat Loss Monitor for about 7 years and finally broke it during a move. If you want a more accurate measurement you can try body fat calipers. You can get ’em for $5.:)
