  2. These are pretty good exercises, but why is there no plank? Thats like the
    best ab workout. Side planks, (each side 30 sec) and then the front plank
    about a minute. Works for me.

    You should check out the raw vegan diet. Check out Dan McDonald, or Lou
    Corona and lots of other amazing people. From personal experience and from
    what I have seen and read this diet is the best for health and fitness. I
    don’t want to tell you what to believe but I think its worth looking into
    and trying.

    Really great workout man, Ive been having a hard time finding good oblique
    exercises and the rev leg cross crunch was wicked!!

    my daily workout. I got my diet, cardio and weights down, but my stomach is
    my problem area. Not for long though!!!!!

    your abs than doing those easy high reps? btw love your vids

    before or after? (like a yoga) 2. how many days of the week? (everyother
    day) 3. do this in the morning same day as nite should be okay?
