when i do leg raises i put my hand between floor and the lower back and i
have no lower back pain…(works for me)

Thanks, hadn’t really thought about how overworking hip flexors could
result in lower back pain. Having some disc problems, that is really handy
to know.

Yeah, explain everything about backpain and how to prevent it… I was
doing ur home-leg workout u put up recently, and after fluffer-kicks
(however u call it :D) i felt nasty lower back pain.
