  3. No; abs are just like any other muscle, they need time to heal. Especially
    if ab muscles are sore from a previous workout, give them a break. Every
    other day would be good if you are doing really challenging ab workouts.

    low body fat percentage also play a role. I would tell your sister to focus
    more on being toned and strong than necessarily obsessing about a 6 pack,
    especially if she’s only 12.

    Hi, the style of your workout instructions are exactly what I’ve never been
    able to find in real life or online so thanks! I have a problem doing moves
    like in this video because even though I have a thicker workout mat, it
    hurts my coccyx no matter what I do and I can’t hold the positions. Any
    advice on avoiding that?

  17. Hey there, KaMeRon! Don’t be discouraged! You can still incorporate upper
    body exercises, and core (stabilize your foot/ankle by keeping it on the
    floor or elevated with a bend through your knees). You are above your
    circumstances — you can do this.

    Hey there, Hasna! LOL, I know… I know… creature of habit over here.
    Whenever I’m teaching (bootcamps or individual sessions) I’m always asking
    if what being taught/demonstrated is making sense, so it’s just trickled
    over to the XHIT sessions as well, lol. Make sense? ;P

  21. Oh and I am able to finish a whole routine, which truly makes me happy. I
    have to take a couple breaks but I do it… Also my fam and friends have
    noticed that I’ve lost weight.

  25. I have a doubt about workouts, I mean, I found this channel, and I started
    participating, loved the videos, how motivating you girls are, etc, but I´m
    still not sure about wich workouts I should do. I mean, is that ok if for
    example one day I do X video, and the next day I do a different one, and
    the other day another different one and so on, or I should stick to only a
    few for a time? I hope you can answer >_<
