  7. Hey man u are really inspiring!. im 185cm tall and weigh 74kgs (aka skinny
    fat) i have been working out for about 5 months and seem to notice that i i
    had Gynecomastia witch got me depressed now im planing to change my life i
    have set a goal for the next 2 years to help make it less noticeable
    thanks to you and your videos all of them motivate me thank you so much. i
    cant tell but do you have Gynecomastia?

  9. Yo brendan I recently built a pull up bar in my garden so im new to these
    bars. I need your help because when I do pull ups I get really sore really
    right elbow(golfers elbow). I’ve watched your video on the common mistakes
    in calisthenics but still can’t figure it out.

    Any suggestions which can help me please?

    I know you can’t see how I do them obviously but I thought there might be a
    technique to prevent this.

    Hey Brendan, really like your videos, big inspiration for me! Just one
    quick question: Do you think that only through calisthenics/ own body
    weight workouts, can someone get bigger calves? Or is it necessary to do
    some weight lifting in order for the calves to grow?
