What no music? Awkwardly quiet
Yo brendan I recently built a pull up bar in my garden so im new to these
bars. I need your help because when I do pull ups I get really sore really
right elbow(golfers elbow). I’ve watched your video on the common mistakes
in calisthenics but still can’t figure it out.
Any suggestions which can help me please?
I know you can’t see how I do them obviously but I thought there might be a
technique to prevent this.
