I’m 13 and I have the start of good abs already, haven’t started yet.

it’s annoying that cause i’m really not flexible, half of the exercises i
can’t do properly. i’m really thin but i can’t get my legs up straight. i
guess you just have to get as far as you can…
6 minutes without resting in between. Thats too much. I can’t do it..
Does it still work for chubby people?….does it make u lose belly fat? And
will I get good results if I do it everyday?
Are sure you its just 6 minutes, I did it and nothing happens to me
so if i do this everyday for atleast a month will i have good abs?

How long would it take to get the abs?
best stamina and strength u have their buddy but when ever i do such abs
exercises my body dosent come in a correct way that i cant do some
exercises in a proper way so what to do and i also get tired within 2 to 3
exercises how to sole this issue can running help me to build strength and
power in my body ?
