  6. I jog every other day about 6-8 miles. I do body weights like squats, push
    ups and pull ups a couple times a week each. And since I really just began
    exercising about 4 months ago, I forgot to include abs and other core
    exercises. Doh.

    So I tried 30 crunches out of the blue. I lied there thinking, “Not bad”.
    About a minute later I sat up after a song ended… CRAZIEST CRAMP EVER.

    So now I am here looking up how to start this properly…

    muscles quickly while losing unwanted fat simultaneously. Brandon and

  11. I just started working out at the beginning of the year. I actually bought
    hip hop abs, but only used it twice bc it starts off so hard. So ive been
    looking online for something easy but yet something that is really gonna
    work the muscles. This video is the best ive seen so far for a beginner.
