  1. This practice works!! Everyone is telling me I’m losing weight and looking great – not just lanky but thin, svelte i guess is a good word to use. To make it even better, my confidence is increasing just knowing where I started and how I’ve progressed with this challenging practice! I finally met Sadie at a work shop after watching her videos since 2008, she is the real deal. She covered everything in this video at the work shop and now I’m practically flying in these poses!

    Wow. I actually got into yoga a little later, since I used to do weights and intense cardio (which I still do but in along with yoga). This is a really serious workout, and I’m really grateful for the different yoga videos to gain flexibility and strength. I never knew how tight my body was until you kicked my butt with these workouts! Thanks, Sadie! 🙂

    Lol , this video made me shake lol, I was so intense that at a few points I thought I was gonna barf. I’m gonna keep practicing this every day, hopefully with time, it won’t be soooo intense.     Hey Sadie! I have bad posture and I always love yoga videos that help me feel more open! I’ve noticed you don’t include that many backbends in your longer videos, like wheel pose, boat pose and such. Could you maybe do a long video dedicated to heart openers, thus more backbends? 😀 It’s just a suggestion, obviously! Thank you!
