  2. How to misunderstand a good ab workout; focus 80% on rectus abdominus.
    This is a horribly unbalanced workout. 

  3. Just had a baby and trying to tone my tummy.. For some reason the robot
    motivates me…he just keeps going and I find myself trying to be
    competitive with him! LOL so in the end I’m pushing myself and getting the
    most out of my workout!

    skinny but want to tone up my stomach area how many times a week should I
    work on ab area also what’s best exercises to do as just want front stomach
    area tones as have no love handles

    I feel the burn in my legs and sides, but not my ab area. Am I doing
    something wrong? Im watching the video and doing what you are doing but I
    still dont feel anything. Is that bad?

  13. You are right. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if
    your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. btw!but ye I saw an
    interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he
