How to misunderstand a good ab workout; focus 80% on rectus abdominus.
This is a horribly unbalanced workout.
Just had a baby and trying to tone my tummy.. For some reason the robot
motivates me…he just keeps going and I find myself trying to be
competitive with him! LOL so in the end I’m pushing myself and getting the
most out of my workout!
why does my neck hurt so much when i do this? I have a big head, though
I’m a girl, if I can get through it will it thicken my waist or give me abs
like a guy because I don’t want that

Hi just seen your video wanted yo start ding some ab work I am 34 and am
skinny but want to tone up my stomach area how many times a week should I
work on ab area also what’s best exercises to do as just want front stomach
area tones as have no love handles

You are right. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if
your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. btw!but ye I saw an
