    @xmefpcu yep i agree. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well. But I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard. you can watch out here –> bit.ly/10LrQAh?=lptlll

    @mmbwldv you are correct. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly.   9. Hello, have you heard about “Belly Fat Blaze” (just search on Google for it …)? There you will find a beneficial free video. It helped Peter to get rid of his abdominal fat. Perhaps it will help you out as well…

  10. Thank you so much for posting this!!! I have never been talented in the dance department and feel very uncoordinated most of the time but I was actually able to do this with you! I’m going to continue to watch your videos as much as I can (hopefully 5-7 days a week) and learn more 🙂

    Loved doing this workout it was a great way to get a sweat on.
    I will certainly be recommending this to my friends here in New Zealand.
    I have absolutely no rhythm so this is excellent being able to do in the confort of my own home.
