  1. I loved the walking pushups!!
    Always good to add more stretches to any instructional workout.
    Adding a warmup prior helps too ­čÖé
    There’s definitely a difference in your tummy toning. You should show pics
    of your arms and legs progresses too. After her workouts, those parts
    always feel more like jelly to me than the belly.´╗┐

    the videos before, but I never stuck with it. I will now after seeing your

  6. I really want to do this 30 Day Shred, but i don’t know which exercises i
    have to do???? Is there something like a plan, which has a list of
    exercises for each Day…Can you give me a link???? Because i saw what
    exercises you did, and i really wanna do these exercises too, But i dont
    know how many of each of them..

    on day two and sticking with it! Also did you do it every day?

    (wearing a size “large” i’m not even to close to being too skinny to change
    though…)´╗┐

    Tbh your body looked pretty good on day 1 . But i could see much more
    definition in your abs by day 30 . Well done! :-))´╗┐

  13. I just started today and I felt really heavy. I was shaky and I ran out of
    breath but it’s a good excercise. You really did work hard for this result.

  14. Great results!!! And I totally agree with the cool down. It’s waaay too
    short. I always do an extra 5 mins of stretchig especially abs, glute and
    quads!! Check my results vid if you get the chance! I obviously have much
    more weight to lose than you do :P´╗┐
