  3. I finished first level 4 days ago. I’ve lost just 4 pounds 🙁 is it ok? and
    I can’t see big differences, although my tummy seems a bit toned…but my
    arms (my biggest problem) are the same…..does this thing really work??
    I’m kinda dissapointed. I did the workout like Jillian does, and I’ve
    changed a big part of my eating routine…I started the second level, 4
    days ago, but I stopped for 2 days…I’m dissapointed it won’t give
    results. Can somebody help me? Like cheer me up 🙂 ?

    october. BTW you are absolutely GORGEOUS! 

  5. That’s a lotta tummy lost! I just started today so I am hoping to loose
    like 10-20 lbs or just a flatter stomach. You look great btw. :)

  6. You did a great job! I’m 3 months pregnant and already gained too much
    weight so will definitely start the shred after i give birth to my baby.

  10. I’ve been doing the 30 day shred so far I’m on level 2 day 2 and I
    definitely see a difference but I was wondering where do u get the meal
    plan and is it free if so that would really help me lose weight I haven’t
    really lost any weight yet only two inches off my waist and one inch on my
    arms which is good too but I’d like to lose weight also

  12. Those are amazing results, I think I may do this program again after I
    finish what I’m doing now. Next time I will definitely stick to eating
    healthy. Great job!!!!
