    Im actually a big fan of HIIT for building muscle and losing fat at the
    same time as it spikes growth hormone levels way higher than slow steady
    cardio and also increases your BMR! Great tips Scott, always enjoying your
    videos!

  2. Are there any quick eats joints that are somewhat good? I frequent Chipotle
    and it’s right by my work. I checked their website and it looks better than
    most fast food joints in terms of nutrition. Subway always makes themselves
    look super healthy but I personally find the food in poor quality.

    I agree for the most part. But not reason #2.. You need to train exactly
    the same as before with progressive overload (as much as possible at least)
    to preserve your lbm (lean body mass). The circuit training you are
    preaching is jus another (better) form of cardio and a combination of both
    these training styles is preferable! Cheers

  4. I totally agree with this vid…but just wanted to play devil’s advocate
    for a second lol. You said you won’t be able to get on your protein from
    salad. If one ate nothing but spinach you’d have a 30% protein 14% fat and
    55% carbs..even at 2500 you’re well over 200g of protein …great stuff

  6. nice vid man but i gotta say #2 was pretty bs.. u can lose weight without
    any training at all.. and if u already train u dont need to change
    anything, just train harder :)

    They say blood glucose is low so body burns fats to make energy. Is it
    true?

    people say there is no solution for it, some say this /that works.
    Btw, your videos are always illuminating and keep up the good work 🙂

    products before working out? is it beneficial or not?

    Is supplement really necessary for muscle gain and better results? My
    cousin who started working out the same time as me and went to gym
    together. He was on supplements and I was not, he saw drastic results where
    mine were not as significant. Please reply as soon as possible :)

    salads are empty calories? dont they have nutrients? I thought greens were
    good for muscle workout (of course with a good diet)

    there’s a noticeable difference even in one’s mood

    for some people it makes sense to train with less intensity then you
    suggest, especially when they are obese – it might damage the heart. ask
    your physician before you go mad on the treadmill.

    chest/arms
    legs
    split, twice a week for a 6 day split a good regiment for losing body fat
    while still gaining muscle?
