To get nice abs you first need to lose all the stomach fat that’s blocking
them. Could you guys make a workout for exactly that? Stomach fat loss +
abdomen training? Would get many lads interested 😉

As long as you are “trying” to keep the back flat you are engaging the
muscles, which is good. If it hurts your back though, I would recommend
talking to your doc before continuing to do that exercise.
