  7. To get nice abs you first need to lose all the stomach fat that’s blocking
    them. Could you guys make a workout for exactly that? Stomach fat loss +
    abdomen training? Would get many lads interested 😉

  9. As long as you are “trying” to keep the back flat you are engaging the
    muscles, which is good. If it hurts your back though, I would recommend
    talking to your doc before continuing to do that exercise.

    cd results.. i m doing this 5 times a week… is ths ok?? how long will it
