  21. Hey man thanks for posting all of your videos. They really help me out. I’m not playing ice hockey next year so I really wanna stay in my shape. I use to have a trainer, but it gets expensive so I don’t work out with him anymore. I get routines from him, but he’s also really busy so he can’t help me too much like he use to.
