    My friend. crossfit is just strength training / circuit training. They didn’t invent anything new. Anytime you are doing a high intensity circuit like this hitting multiple bodyparts you are circuit training and burning a lot of calories 🙂

  17. Agree, these three are the best bar none exercises that you can do for a bigger and stronger back!…dont bother with isolation movements unless you’re going to compete, its a waste of time and energy.
