12 minute kettlebell workout

This is the first 12 minute video I have done. This workout consist of 4 exercises, each one minute intervals with 10 second rest in between sets, completed three times. the equipment I used was a 10 lb. kettlebell. Started with 10 reps alternating then switched to 5 reps on each side for the second and third round. Exercises are: 1. Shoulder press ( alternating right and left, 5 reps on each side) 2. Kettlebell swings 3. Kettlebell bicep curls 4. Clean and press alternating 5 reps. on each side. Song playlist: 1. Cry for you by September 2. Cut by Plumb 3. Hang on by Plumb 4.     I recently got a kettlebell and have been reading all about it and searching videos and info, and the thing I read always over and over is about using good form during your movements and while lifting and putting down the KB. I think you should talk about this some more and be more careful since beginners (or anybody!) could get injured if this is done wrong.

    This is probably one of the WORST videos I’ve ever seen. She did not get those muscles from using kb’s and you can tell how uncomfortable she is with what she’s doing with the giggles ~ as well she should be. TERRIBLE technique.

  12. The form and technique shown here is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, and very dangerous to anyone not familiar with Kbs. Maybe the routine itself is okay, but do NOT watch this to learn how to work with kettle bells, you could end up at the doctors office fast. Definitely get a good RKC, Dragon Door, or other well respected DVD, or get an instructor, at least to start with. This is a pretty irresponsible thing to post, if she is not an instructor, or a well versed user of KBells.

    isnt she squating alil to much with those swings and if ur doing 1 minute intervals you shouldnt be doing single body exercises like 1 arm shoulder press cause u wrk 2 side more than the other
