    Just a quick question/suggestion, would having a second camera angle on maybe YOUR right side be a good or bad idea? I personally think it would help to see some of the thing your are doing and the muscles that are getting worked on. But otherwise you do explain yourself quite well anyway,

  10. question: im 6’4 and 148 pounds. i cannot gain weight if my life depended on it. my food intake is 7000 cal a day i eat about 6-8 times a day 3 big meals n 3 small meals and snack out every 20 minutes from 8 pm to 2am when i go to bed then up at 5 am and start over. been trying gain weight for a year n half no result. my question is, if i continue to keep work out body lifts/free weights will i inscrease size?
