10-Minute High Intensity Cardio Aerobic Exercise Workout at Home — Burn Fat & Calories Lose Weight

In this video I take you through an excellent 10-minute aerobic cardio workout that you can do right in your own home any time it is convenient. I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular aerobic exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. It helps to build endurance for all sports. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 7 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the seven exercises twice for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That’s quite a challenge!!!   13. Hi, you can calculate your target heart rate by subtracting your age from 220 then multiplying it by 60%, 70% or 80% to get your target heart rate. Example:220-20 = 200 x 80% = 160. 160 is your target heart rate if you are working at 80% of your max.

    Well first patience is important and never give up. Also try eating foods high in protein and stay away from foods with really hi carbs and sugars. exercise those areas regularly, about three times a week. Try some crunches and oblique exercises. However check with your doctor to make sure your muscles are strong enough to handle the stress from exercise. You don’t want to hurt yourself. Happy training . You can do it. 😉

  18. I just finish round 2 of your excercise. And i can admit it does work, as they say alittle does go a long way. Sweat is pouring off of me like i just came from the gym. I am a single work from home mom so 20min workout is right up my alley.. Keep em’ coming!!

    You say that your workout “burns about 150 calories” but you can’t be 100% sure that it burns that much (or little) for everyone. There are a lot of factors that contribute to how many calories someone burns doing workouts like these.

    It would be a shame for you not to bulk up when these other people accomplish it easily with Atomic Fat Loss (check it out on Google).

    A person’s weight can have a lot to do with calorie burn (the more you weigh, the more you may be able to burn in any given workout). Also, how hard you work can also be a factor. Some people may work harder than you in this video while others may choose to do some lower impact options….and thus would burn less calories. The only way to get an accurate burn count for your calories is to get a heart monitor and go from there.

    Hey posters!  My sister exercises using the Fun Fitness Robot system to really get into shape (really looks ripped) through both diet and exercise workouts that are really quick and fun. I was surprised when I saw how much change there was. Just Google “Fun Fitness Robot”.
