  1. Hi there, have you considered “Belly Fat Blaze” (do a Google search for it)? There you can watch a beneficial free video. This helped Donna to get rid of her tummy fat. Perhaps it will help you also.

  2. Hello, I’m a 22 year old boy, I am 1,72 m tall (5 ft 7 in) and I weight 62 Kg (137 lb).
What would be the ideal heart rate for me at the end of these exercises (when we begin marching again)?
    Thanks!

I just finished doing both videos back to back and they destroyed me, never thought these excercises could that. Way harder then weight lifting and running, great video!!

I think some simple and isolating exercises should help. Please check out my abs exercises in my “exercises” playlist. Hopefully you can find something useful there. 😉

  7. Hi, have you heard about “Musclegend” (just search Google)? On their website you will find a smart free video showing the best way to gain notable muscles really fast. This made it possible for Devan to break through his muscle development plateau and then pack on ripped lean body mass free of fat very fast. I hope it will work for you too.

Thank you very much. I am involved a lot in martial arts and I think that’s what has always kept me in shape other than surfing. Have a wonderful and happy week.:-)

On more extreme exercises I do check on my heart rate with a heart rate meter. 😉

  11. Hey I love ur body? 🙂 I was just wondering how u got that nice.body… Do u play sports?? How many days a week u work out?

  12. ElektraKnight

I suppose I can. However although everyone can do these exercises, I try and make them easy enough for people who might have disabilities or limited movement. Thank you for watching. 😉

  13. Hi, you can calculate your target heart rate by subtracting your age from 220 then multiplying it by 60%, 70% or 80% to get your target heart rate. Example:220-20 = 200 x 80% = 160. 160 is your target heart rate if you are working at 80% of your max.

  14. Hi:) Did you tried the Explosive Muscle Method (search on google)? My brother says it gets people to increase in strength.

Well first patience is important and never give up. Also try eating foods high in protein and stay away from foods with really hi carbs and sugars. exercise those areas regularly, about three times a week. Try some crunches and oblique exercises. However check with your doctor to make sure your muscles are strong enough to handle the stress from exercise. You don’t want to hurt yourself. Happy training . You can do it. 😉

You say that your workout “burns about 150 calories” but you can’t be 100% sure that it burns that much (or little) for everyone. There are a lot of factors that contribute to how many calories someone burns doing workouts like these.

  22. It would be a shame for you not to get ripped when these people accomplish it so easily with Atomic Max Muscle (go Google it).

It would be a shame for you not to bulk up when these other people accomplish it easily with Atomic Fat Loss (check it out on Google).

A person’s weight can have a lot to do with calorie burn (the more you weigh, the more you may be able to burn in any given workout). Also, how hard you work can also be a factor. Some people may work harder than you in this video while others may choose to do some lower impact options….and thus would burn less calories. The only way to get an accurate burn count for your calories is to get a heart monitor and go from there.

Hey posters! My sister exercises using the Fun Fitness Robot system to really get into shape (really looks ripped) through both diet and exercise workouts that are really quick and fun. I was surprised when I saw how much change there was. Just Google “Fun Fitness Robot”.
