  1. Thank u so much for this 10 min workout I have a busy schedule & I wanna be
    physically fit & have a six pack, etc. It brought tears to my eyes when I
    found this video cause I have been praying for this & u explain each move
    so I know exactly how to do & u have the modified version until one builds
    up their strength, soooo awesome! Now I have absolutely NO excuse to get
    physically fit cause we ALL have at 10 mins for ourselves. Again Thank u &

  2. I’ve been overweight a good majority of my life. I lost 30lbs in two months
    last year because I went on an extremely low cal and clean diet (HCG). I
    still felt like something was missing. A month and a half ago, I decided to
    get off my ass and start working out. I’ve been doing this video everyday
    along with a few others (mostly Cassy Ho’s pilates) and I feel better than
    I have ever felt in my life. Ashley’s moves and encouragement has helped me
    tone and feel like a damn superhero, haha. I can’t thank her enough!

    the next move when it is only a ten minute video.

  5. when is it a good time of day to exercise? Because if I exercise too late I
    tend to stay up for 5+ hours etc.

    Leftovers are great for weight loss. When you make a healthy supper, make a
    bit extra to have for the next day’s lunch. For instance, you can turn
    chicken salad to a pita sandwich. Leftovers are an easy solution to a
    healthy lunch.

    Yes, if you extend your arms upward then it is bad for your shoulders. I
    don’t really recommend doing this exercise for the abs though because it
    has a higher potential for muscle strain and the primary movers in it are
    the hip flexors not the abs.
