In this video I take you through an excellent 10-minute aerobic cardio workout that you can do right in your own home any time it is convenient. I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular cardio exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 5 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the five exercises 3 times for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That’s quite a challenge!!! Piece of advice to people trying to lose weight. Consume around 1200-1400 calories per day and do at least 15-30 mins of cardio everyday. Try to walk more and avoid sitting for substantial periods of time. Hope I helped.

i’m a sixteen year old girl who is 5’6″ and 135 pounds, and today i wanted to burn 500 calories so i did this video 3 times and then did one more rotation (so i watched it a third of the way through) and i was hard but did i really burn 500 calories? you said it was approx. so maybe you know.

Been doing this for a month now, everyday, i have lost 20 punds, and in the meantime i’ve put some serious muscles on… the way my body used to be and how it is, i cant even believe that for such a short period i achieved that. been eating right and i only do this one and another workout from your channel (depending, sometimes biceps, sometimes abs, etc)…

I’ve been doing this, and I’m a girl. It’s not going to make my shoulders and arms big, right? This was my go to cardio workout and now I’m not sure if I can continue to do it!
It would be a shame if you did not bulk up when normal people bulk up so easily with “MAD Ripped Muscle” (check it out on Google).
If you are not familiar with cardio work outs that don’t involve running/jogging/walking then you will probably find some newbie gains in your arms if you have done this a couple of times a week and are able to see it all the way through that’s about as big as your arms will ever get with just this work out
you will never gain enough to get enough muscle as the guy in the video with just this kickboxing cardio videos work out but then again I’m drunk

holy shit man!!! that was intense! i completed the whole workout! i swear! at the end right when you send 1 more minute, thats when i was about to quit. You are a very good motivator!!! if it wasnt for your motivating comments at the end i probably would of slacked up a lot! great workout man!!!

Aha don’t worry about that, it takes time and concentration on a specific muscle group to let them grow. If it feels like your biceps are snapped, then you should worry 😉 Believe me, this girl is trying to gain some muscle and this is just a nice warming up 🙂
