Yeah my hip has been doing that for like a year, it’s a weird pop feeling.
It hasn’t fallen off yet so hopefully it’s no big deal.

Yes abs can be done daily. You use them all the time. Bending, sitting,
standing, daily things you do. And calves to be safe every 2 days. You use
those daily as well, and are both small muscle groups. Don’t need long to
heal
I used to do Toe Touches when was on on the dive team… Helps with pike
dives
Is this really meant to be done in a daily basis? Doesn’t the muscle need
time to rebuild itself?
