    just getting back into exercising again busy life but this is suitable for
    me and can do at home I love it.

    just getting back in shape low impact is exactly what i need!
    Dudley, i hope you are keeping up with the exercises. Doing a little every
    day will help you out and you will know when you can increase more. just
    keep at it and stay motivated…that’s the hardest part for me.

    time I got weighed I was 364 and I’m 5’9 yes I know it’s alot I’m ashamed
    of it so I was wondering if this can help me fast I started to workout
    since Tuesday I’ve been doing toe touches, squat press, and high knees will
    I burn alot of fat if I do these exercises plus the one in this video
    please help
